RoCell is an applicable superstructure of the MicroStation system which enables the user to rotate point and graphic cells in the MicroStation design.
RoCell is marked by following properties:
This application enables to rotate the selected cells and shared cells or all the cells and shared cells in the active design.
The rotation angle can be set numerically or it is possible to take the rotation value from some of the views.
After the first start of the application there will be made the file rocell.rsc in the directory structure (the variable MS_DATA) of the MicroStation, in which all recently set values will be saved – it means after the next start of the application RoCell will the values stay the same as they were with the previous start.

RoCell is available for MicroStation V8i, PowerDraft V8i and Bentley Map PowerView V8i on the Windows XP/Vista/7/8 platform.
